Who We Are

We are a select group of successful Business and Programme Managers, each with direct experience of shaping and delivering major programmes and projects for major organisations. Working individually or as a team, we help our customers to deliver their large or complex projects and programmes. We span the whole lifecycle- from completion of initial Concepts and Business Cases, through to Commercial Launches and Initial Service.

We are all outcome focussed individuals, backed up with a keen sense of practicality and desire to deliver. We have managed within a variety of frameworks and methodologies- including both Waterfall and Agile approaches.

Every member of our team has shaped and delivered a broad range of initiatives during her or his career. Between us, our experience covers all business areas – from Marketing to Technical, HR and People to Sales to Provisioning and Finance to Supply Chain Management.

In terms of market sectors, the bulk of our experience lies in the Telecoms and New Media sectors, but based on our track record, we are frequently called upon by our customers to undertake work in other sectors.
