With over 20 years under his belt working with senior stakeholders in the Technology and Telecoms industries, Keith has helped shape – and then deliver – a wide array of new products and services.

During this time, he has advised and led on such diverse business initiatives as:

• Business Change (from business process reviews and changes, through to full company re-launches, mergers and re-organisations)
• New Product & Service Delivery (encompassing Proof of Concept and Feasibility exercises as well as full delivery of new services with Media buying & Marketing; Customer Service support and technology / product delivery)
• Vendor Selection & Management (from RFI / RFQ assignments, through to OJEU work and the subsequent Transition, Migration and Operation activities)
