Moving in to people management and coaching then on to Business Design looking after policy, processes and projects.

Dean has Designed and Delivered a number of large scale changes in the Telecoms environment and consulted on projects to help deliver the right experience for both business and customers.

Dean is largely involved in change that have regulatory requirements for our customers and closing end of life products.
