Customer Migration

Concept Launch Partners led the migration project to move all the application data between systems and infrastructure. This included the full identification of all migration requirements, development of the necessary scripts and routines and testing of the migration during off-peak times. The company’s MIS routines were also successfully re-scheduled to allow for final cut-over.

The project was managed as a fixed-price work package for the customer and was delivered on time and on budget to highly pressurised requirements.

Deliveries & Benefits

The entire customer base was moved to a much more performant, resilient platform (the final migration was planned and completed overnight with minimal disruption).

Significant performance improvements were noted – both in terms of customer relationship and billing operations, with spin-off benefits also being realised by the MIS teams.

The implemented solution now allows for several years of growth through incremental expansion / add-on hardware.
